Hey there! We made it! My name is Amber and I am the owner of Sea Me Shine. I just want to thank you for being here whether it be just to browse, share my story/products, or make a purchase. I grew up in a small town where everyone "knows" everyone. I graduated from nursing school in May of this year. I was Pre-Med before, but developed a blood disorder that changed my career path for the better.
I started this business while in my first year of nursing and during the pandemic. My family and boyfriend encouraged me to turn my creative passion into a side hustle, that will hopefully become much more in the near future. I have always been dedicated to bringing light to peoples lives whether in the hospital setting or their visions to life in custom pieces.
Life has been far from easy and sometimes my mental health takes a dip. The quote by Matthew McConaughey, “life is a series of commas not periods” is very true and something I try to live by. Do not stop. Take a brief pause and continue on. We cannot dwell on the past, but live in the present. We can change the trajectory of our lives and adapt our goals to that change. Now I am studying for my NCLEX and going where my dreams take me!
